Ingredients: 4 to 5 lb. loin end pork roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove gatlic, slivered
2 medium onions, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 whole clove
1 tsp say sauce
Rub roast with salt and pepper. Make tiny slits in meat and insert slivers of garlic. Place roast in broliler pan: broil 15 to 20 minutes to removed excess fat. Place 1 sliced onion in bottom of crock pot. Add browned pork meat and remaining onion and other ingredients. Cover; cook on low 10 hours. WOW this is GOOD!
